Week 1/2 – 10 hrs of my time which includes.

Pretesting to establish base level fitness

2 hrs of programming (understand goals, expectations and the program)

3 sessions - personal practical teaching of the 3 major runs per week. Speed, strength and endurance.

Weekly private practical consults, (injury prevention, form check, feedback on running and specific workouts, 3 x 30mins mind set training, self-massage training, analysis of training program and workouts)

Tuition on Technology and running.

Tapering and nutrition /hydration for race.

Pre-race and post-race consult
